Actions related to the commencement of a new employment relationship Actions related to the termination of an employment relationship Payroll and personnel processing Calculation of wage compensation for sickness Calculation of withholding and advance tax Calculation of deductions (garnishments, meal vouchers, employee receivables, etc.) Calculation of statutory liability insurance for damages Annual reports (payroll lists, pension insurance record sheet, wage confirmations, mandatory share for per person with health insurance at the Labor Office) Income confirmations for banks, courts, and other institutions Annual settlement of advance tax for employees who are not required to file tax returns Annual statements of withholding and advance tax to the tax office
